We can work from your building plans or ours, and customize your plans to suit your needs. We don't claim to be architects, but we've built more than one beautiful home based on a few photos or a few rough sketches. And while we prefer to work from professionally prepared blueprints, we pride ourselves on our understanding of what it takes to make a structure stand solid and firm while at the same time being attuned to pleasing design aesthetics. We can help clarify your vision by offering our expertise whenever you are in doubt about a particular detail or when you need our input for alternative solutions to a design or structural question. All of our trades people and building crews are closely supervised and shortcuts that scrimp on quality aren't tolerated. All efforts are made to produce a project that you can be forever proud of and one you will love to live or work in. We stand behind all our work with a one-year full guarantee on materials and workmanship. We can employ methods and materials that will create a more energy efficient home or build within the NAHB green guidelines so it will qualify for it's Green Building Certification.
